The experience is made even more amazing with the chic and stylish beach lounge setting that takes the comfortable indoors right on the beach. The perfect spot to enjoy cocktail hour, The Sandbar, provides excellent cocktails such as their famous Mango and Lychee Mojitos and traditional Margaritas, while enjoying a favorite pastime – people-watching!

Platitos

Ideal for casual grazing with cocktails, PLATITOS features flavorful bites specially designed to tease the palate, entertain the eye, and encourage lively conversation.  The elegant array of amuse-bouche (literally "mouth amusement") or tiny servings set diners up for a culinary adventure through a profusion of flavors from all corners of the world, strongly influenced by the Catalonian Coast , the Aegean Islands and the Italian Mediterranean. 
Guests can enjoy a simple, light Spanish Tapa to add substance to a cold beer or make a full meal out of an assortment of Greek Mezze, Mediterranean Antipasti, Venetian 'Chiccheti" and Filipino Pica-Pica. 



Indigo Restaurant

A gastronomic alternative in the relaxed comfort of a Boracay-chic environment, Indigo is a dinner-only venue showcasing exquisite cuisine. Features a highly seasonal menu that revolves around the best quality ingredients around the country, prepared in simple, straightforward and delicious ways.

Corporate Chef David Pardo de Ayala developed an ambitious wine program presenting Indigo diners with Boracay's best selection of wines by the glass, along with prestigious bottles of leading labels from old and new world wineries.
Indigo celebrates the creative art of dining in a setting thoughtfully designed and inspired by its surroundings.  The beach, the sand, the sunset were used as inspirations to create an unforgettable dining experience.
